Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work with the team under pressure

• Availability to work evenings, one weekend day, and public holidays as required

• Hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail

• Well-presented with a professional and friendly attitude

• Competency in basic POS systems and daily cash handling

• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures

• Barista skills or previous café experience
